April 2012 was action packed month that kept everybody at the shop very

busy.We had three races in April which ended in one win and a new personal

best for our customers. Jeff Cooner drove the newly revamped RTS Motorsport’s

cobra to the winner circle at Huntsville Dragway, beating out Steve Jackson in

round win. A couple of weeks later Paul Soliz showed up fresh off a R/U at

Prescott Arkansas at the 1st Annual Holly Springs Shootout in Mississippi to

compete against the top True 10.5 teams in the country. Paul kept lowering

his personal best every round starting with a 4.59, 4.56, and then a stout 4.54!

Paul’s car wheelied in the semi-finals but was well on his way to a bottom 4.50

elapsed time. On a less positive note, Mike Jones took a hard hit in his True 10.5

mustang in Huntsville which puts him out for the year. Even after being briefly

knocked out and a quick trip to the hospital, Mike woke the next day with

absolutely no pain! Mike is already making big plans to come back swinging next

year! This month we also finished up a customers new F-350 by lowering and

fitting it with billet 22 inch rims. Also we also finished our first TAV 

(Track Assault Vehicle) for that same customer which comes with a onboard air

compressor, billet speciality wheels and a custom lowering kit.

 We recently finished installing our new Stage 3 twin turbo package on a

clients street legal Mustang Cobra.  This car is built for the street and

the Stage 3 package produces a monster 1250 RWHP on C16 and

maintains great drivability. The car is equipped with a 427 Bennett

Racing SBF fed by twin Turbonetics T-76 turbos, backed by a ptc

converter and trans, FAST engine management, and an AMS-1000

boost controller. The end result exceeded the client's and even our

expectations. The project has created a buzz around the internet with

over 11,000 views on YouTube in just a few weeks and StangTv.com

recently completed a feature on the project you can view in the link

below. The best part about this package is its affordability. The whole

package plus the car cost less than a C6 Chevrolet Z06 that has half

the horsepower! We also offer the Stage 3 package in many variations

wether its a Chevy, Ford, or Dodge.

Stacy Parker won Alabama vs. The World's X275 class this weekend at

Huntsville Dragway. Stacy's car was in PURS Super Street trim for the race

and ran some very respectable numbers . Stacy qualified with a 5.12 at

142.86 mph. In the first round Parker took out Mike Smith and then 

Dustin Mewbourn in the second round. In the finals Stacy took the win

against Dusty Bradford driving Alan Kennedy's mustang. Congratualtions

to Stacy and his crew on their win! Here is a video of one of his passes

Mike Jones took home the with his Pressurized Solutions tuned mustang at the

Hub City Dragway's True Ten Five race this past weekend.This was Mike's first

race out with his new 632 cubic inch big block with 91mm turbos. Mike and

the crew put together a string of 4.60 passes in eliminations and won over

another Pressurized Solutions customer,Paul Soliz, in the finals. Mike's car has

alot left on the table and will be making some minor changes to move it into

solidly in the 4.50 range in the coming weeks. Go check out the video  here.
